EFFECTIVE June 26, 2023 – HSV 1/2 IgM testing will be discontinued at Quest Diagnostics in line with recommendations from the 2021 CDC STI Treatment Guidelines. If serological follow-up is needed, suggested test is Herpes Simplex Virus 1 and 2 IgG (See HSV12G).
