1.2 mL plasma collected in a K2 EDTA (lavender-top) tube

0.6 mL
Collection Instructions
Collect blood into a K2 EDTA Plasma tube and mix by inversion 10 times. Centrifuge to separate cells from plasma at room temperature (18-25° C) within 1 hour of collection. If not centrifuging right away, store blood on ice until ready to centrifuge. Carefully transfer plasma into a clean 12x75 mm polypropylene tube. Store frozen.
