Specimen Requirements
Collection Container/Tube: Serum (Serum gel or Red Tube)
Submission Container/Tube: Plastic vial or original tube when appropriate.
Specimen Volume: 2 mL (1.5 mL minimun)
Collection Instructions:
- Centrifuge blood collection tube per collection tube manufacturer's instructions.
- Pour off serum into aliquot tube or send in original container.
