Specimen Requirements
Collection Information:
Using an Eswab, swab a pure colony of the isolate. Mixed cultures will not be accepted. Include your identification of the organism in the order modifier.
Remarks:
***Note for a Culture Organism Workup (COW) one order is requested for each organism. Organisms sent for ID should be Isolated and sent separately.
Unacceptable Conditions:
Isolates on plates, slants, or media. Do not send original sample.
