Transport Information: 

3.0 mL blood/1.0 mL serum. Separate serum from cells ASAP

Minimum Sample Volume: 

1.5 mL blood/0.5 mL serum

Remarks: 

ASMA samples are screened at a titer of 1:20. All samples that are positive are titered and the titer will be reported. All positives include a Pathologist's interpretation

Unacceptable Conditions: 

Blood that is mixed with anticoagulant
